Scotty Cameron introduced a full range of Phantom mallet putters earlier this year, and this has now been completed with two final additions to the range. The numbers in the Phantom range roughly indicate the overall size and shape of the putters, so the introduction of the Phantom 3.2 and Phantom 12 means two models that are at different ends of the mallet spectrum.

Each model in the Phantom range for 2026 is crafted and precision milled, encouraging a softer sound and feel to ensure that golfers retain feedback off the face.
Scotty Cameron Phantom 3.2 Putter
Scotty Cameron say that the new Phantom 3.2 is a compact, mid-mallet that blends rounded contours with clear, straight lines.
It has a plumbers neck to encourage moderate toe flow, along with alignment cues like the Tri-Line sight line and the putter’s T-Crown design. The open sections of the head, or ‘windows’, are also said to help frame the golf ball at address.

The putter comes with a full-face Studio Carbon Steel insert with face milling in a chain-link pattern, helping to provide consistent ball speed as well as improving sound and feel.

The team at Scotty Cameron say that they wanted to capitalise on the popularity of mid-mallets, as well as blending together some of the most popular Scotty shapes from the past.
As a result they say that the Phantom 3.2 is designed for players who like rounded putters like the Newport, GOLO or Fastback models, or other Phantom putters like the 5 or 9R shapes.
Ludvig Aberg recently made the switch from his Odyssey Versa blade to this model a few weeks ago, marking another top player who is seeking the extra performance benefits that a mallet putter can offer.
Since that point his putting statistics have improved to 8th on Tour since switching, compared to 59th beforehand.
Scotty Cameron Phantom 12 Putter
The Phantom 12 is a larger mallet putter, offering the deepest and lowest CG location in the whole lineup. This is achieved thanks to a multi-material construction, and ring-weighted design. The face and mid-body is made from a Space Grey aluminium, while heavier stainless steel is paced lower and towards the perimeter of the head to add stability and forgiveness.

In total, steel makes up around 65% of the total head weight of the putter.
The large, confidence-inspiring footprint is complete with a long, single sight line to help with precise alignment.

Like the 3.2 there’s also a T-crown which can be used as an extra alignment and framing cue. The mid single-bend shaft is suited for minimal toe flow.
It also offers the same chain-link milling on the face, producing a soft, yet solid feel with plenty of feedback.

The new Scotty Cameron Phantom 3.2 putters will be available in right handed in select golf shops from 25th June. The left handed model, and the Phantom 12, will be available from 23rd July.
Both putters will have an SRP of £479.
