TaylorMade have announced the release of their new Qi35 Fairways and Hybrids, to go alongside the hotly anticipated drivers for 2025.

Last year, TaylorMade’s fairway woods were the most played on the PGA Tour. The new models come with many of the technologies from the Qi10 range, as well as new constructions and adjustability. The likes of Twist Face, Thru-Slot Speed Pocket and Infinity Carbon Crown all carry over from 2024 into the new models.

The brand say that this results in more adjustability, versatility and performance than before. This is a theme throughout the Qi35 range, as we saw new weighting and CG positioning across the driver range too.

TaylorMade Qi35 Fairway Woods
The fairway woods provide more scope for optimisation than before from TaylorMade. This comes thanks to new 4° loft sleeves in 3 and 5 woods, as well as the Qi35 Tour 7 wood.

In total there are four different fairway models, to suit different types of golfer at the top end of the bag.
Qi35 Fairway

Suitable for a wide array of golfers, the ‘skirt’ of the fairway sits lower than the Qi10 Fairway. This optimises the CG location so that it is in line with the centre of the ball at address. It’s designed to give golfers fast ball speeds and plenty of distance, whilst still having a high MOI.
There’s a TSS weight positioned towards the front of the head, to optimise the head mass and help with custom weighting options. The Qi35 is available in 15, 16.5, 18 and 21 degrees.
Qi35 Max Fairway

This is the largest, most forgiving head in the lineup at 200cc. This head shape produces higher MOI levels, whilst also promoting easy launch.
There’s a weight towards the back of the head, producing the extra forgiveness, whilst also allowing for swing weight customisation.
A modified CG location generates more energy transfer between the clubface and ball, with an updated face profile and head shape giving golfers more versatility from the tee and off the deck.
Qi35 Tour Fairway

TaylorMade’s tour-inspired fairway is aimed at golfers who want a compact head shape and more workability. The new loft sleeve adds more adjustability, giving users more chance to optimise distance, ball flight and shot shape.
The Qi35 Tour comes with a 40g sliding weight on the sole. It can be moved back to help improve dispersion, and forward to encourage more distance. The weight can also be rotated 180°, effectively doubling the number of adjustability options.
Qi35 Max Lite Fairway

The ultra-lightweight, high MOI Max Lite provides increased forgiveness and easier launch. Taking weight out of the head, shaft and grip allows golfers to achieve faster swing speeds and therefore more distance.
The 3 and 5 woods come with a 4° loft sleeve, while the 7 wood is bonded.
TaylorMade Qi35 Hybrids
The new Qi35 hybrids feature a chromium carbon alongside steel and aluminium. This construction is designed to provide consistent performance and versatility from any lie.

They use optimised CG locations to promote high launch conditions, with TSS weights aligned with the centre of the clubface for better ball speeds.
Like the fairway woods, the Qi35 hybrids use existing TaylorMade technologies too. So you can expect to see the likes of Twist Face and Thru-Slot Speed Pocket throughout.
Qi35 Hybrid

This is the standard model of hybrid in the Qi35 range, aimed at the majority of golfers. The Qi35 hybrid can be altered up to 3 degrees higher or lower depending on your gapping needs.
Qi35 Max Hybrid

A much more forgiving model of the Qi35 range, aimed at golfers who are aiming for a club to help them launch it higher, with a much larger profile at address. If you’re looking for a hybrid that gives you instant feedback at address, with confidence inspiring profile and sleek finish, then this could be the club for you.
Qi35 Max Lite Hybrid

The lightest model in the Qi35 hybrid range, aimed specifically at golfers who want to pick up some club head speed. The difference between this and the max is the fact that much of the weight in the head has been removed, making it lighter and easier to swing.

The TaylorMade Qi35 fairway woods and hybrids are available to purchase from the 30th of January.
