Callaway has launched the latest generation of its GPS technology in the shape of the Golfit Sports Band.
Following on from the Allsport golf watch launched earlier this year, the Golfit Sports Band is a 2-in-1 deice that combines GPS distances with fitness components to encourage golfers to live a healthier lifestyle.
The bands distance measuring functionality includes yardages to the front, middle and back of the green on more than 30,000 pre-loaded worldwide courses, shot measuring capability and a digital scorecard.
As well as keeping track of your game the Golfit Sports Band will also track your heart rate, number of steps made daily, calories burnt and also monitor sleeping patterns.
In addition the device can be synced via Bluetooth to the free Callaway smartphone app, where round scores and fitness stats can be saved, along with phone calls, text messages and email notifications received directly to the wrist.
It is water resistant, features a time and date function, has a battery life of 8-12 hours and is easily charged with a simple-to-use magnetic charger.
The Callaway Golfit Sports band is available in the option of Black or White with Green trim.
