Who? 34 year-old German Stephan Jaeger.

What? The 2024 Texas Children’s Houston Open, his first PGA Tour title.

Where? Memorial Park, Houston, Texas.

How? Jaeger won his first PGA Tour title on the 135th attempt, thanks to a closing round of 67 including nine consecutive pars on the back nine, to win by one stroke. Defending champion Tony Finau and World Number One Scottie Scheffler were among the runners up, with Scheffler missing a short birdie putt on the final hole to force a playoff.
