Titleist have traditionally had a reputation as a better players brand, but also offer a number of game improvement clubs too. One of those is the new Titleist T350 2025 iron. This time around it features a brand new look as well as a number of technologies to help your game.

In the past Titleist have had both a T350 and a super game improvement T400 iron. 2025 sees an update to just the T350.
It’s one of the best looking game improvement irons on the market, but does the T350 perform too?
Who Are They Aimed At?
Titleist describe the T350 as the ultimate game improvement iron. It’s designed for high handicap golfers, to give them more speed, distance and forgiveness.
If you’re somebody who struggles with confidence in getting their irons in the air and you lack a bit of distance, these are the irons for you.

They feel really hot off the face, and launch high with a nice draw bias too.
With an RRP of just under £1400 for a 7 iron set, they’re more expensive than the likes of the Callaway Elyte or Ping G440. For that, you do get a better looking iron, but it’s up to you to decide whether that’s worth the extra cash.
The Tech
Whilst the first thing you may notice is the change in appearance with the T350 irons. Titleist have also worked to update the technologies within the head too.
The irons use a high-strength steel, with an L-Face construction and multi-zone Variable Face Thickness (VFT) design.
This is supposed to improve ball speeds across the face, especially on low-face strikes.

The T350 also features Titleist’s Max Impact Technology. This has been used for a couple of years now, and is a polymer situated behind the club face. It’s there to keep ball speeds and distances up across the face, as well as improving the sound and feel.
Like the rest of the T-Series range, there’s a progressive groove design to make spin rates more consistent.

Using tungsten in the head also allows Titleist to place extra weight in the perimeter of the clubhead. This helps them to get the CG location where they want it, raising launch, stability and consistency throughout the set.
Titleist T350 2025 Irons Review
Looks and Feel
The T350 is the most improved in the new T-Series range when it comes to looks. I think it’s a massive upgrade on the 2023 model. I’d say it’s now one of the best-looking game improvement irons on the market.
It essentially looks like a larger version of the T250, which itself is a really good looking iron.
Titleist have done a good job of hiding the bulk behind the head and the chunky sole, although it’s definitely still a generous size and shape.

You can clearly see that it’s been built to inspire confidence, with a healthy blade length and topline. There’s a touch of offset too, which is great for golfers who struggle with a slice or too much fade.

As you might expect from a big game improvement iron like this, they do feel pretty hot off the face. I did find it fun that the ball just seems to ping off. It helps to reinforce the feeling that the club is helping you out.
A couple of times out on the course I was between clubs but opted for the lesser lofted iron. I still had plenty of confidence that I was going to get it there as they did feel powerful. If you’re someone who does struggle with distance or perhaps keeping the ball up in the air for long enough, this is really reassuring.
Performance
Testing on the GCQuad, the T350 featured the strongest lofts and lowest spin, but still managed to generate the highest peak height across the models I tested which was impressive.
Average carry of just under 170 yards is what I’d expect from a 29 degree 7 iron. There was only eight yards between my shortest and longest carry which was impressive, and proves how forgiving these irons are even on poor strikes.

I often struggle with low spin rates anyway, which makes keeping long irons in the air tricky. This is where Titleist’s fitting process comes in so handy as they can find the right setup to help optimise your gapping – even if that means switching out of a long iron and into something else.
On-Course Performance
Out on the course the T350 really did deliver forgiveness and distance – just as Titleist promised.
The big, friendly head shape made it so easy to strike the ball from any lie, and fills you with so much confidence that the ball is going to get up towards the green.
I was shocked by how high these irons launched considered the strong lofts, but the combination of distance and high flight was a really good one.

However I would say that due to the bigger, chunkier head I actually found it harder to find the centre of the face, meaning that my left to right dispersion was higher than I’d like at times.

You don’t get the same level of precision as the other irons in the range, even the T250, but you get great forgiveness across the face and throughout the set which is a big bonus.
Titleist T350 2025 Irons Verdict
The T350 Irons are a big improvement on looks this time around. They’re also extremely easy to hit, they launch high and they offer great forgiveness levels.

Titleist have not traditionally been known for game improvement, but they should definitely be in the picture now if you’re looking for a set of irons that make golf easier.
The large head profile might not suit everyone, but the fact the design looks so similar to the T250 makes this less obvious.

At an RRP of £1379, they’re more expensive than a lot of competitors in the same market. For golfers who’ve always wanted to use Titleist irons this may be worth the investment, but I’ll leave you to decide that.
Would I Use Them?
I enjoyed using them, but I think I’m better suited to the T150 or T250 irons.
