Under Armour are the latest brand to unveil their collection of clothing for the winter months. Their new AW25 apparel uses fabric technologies to provide protection from the elements, without restricting the golfer’s freedom of movement.
The brand says the entire range helps golfers handle the demands of cold weather. This means lightweight insulation to stay warm, and waterproof and windproof properties to shield from the elements.
One of the key technologies is UA Storm. This is water-repellent, and keeps golfers dry without affecting breathability.
The highlight of the range is the new UA Drive Jacket. This offers a lightweight 2.5 layer construction, fully taped seams as well as windproof protection.
This time around it comes in new colour options: Black/Castlerock/Metallic Silver, Downpour Gray/Black/Metallic Silver and Midnight Navy/Metallic Silver.

This provides warmth and stretch in an athletic silhouette. It has a brushed interior and quick-drying fabric, making it easier to keep your range of movement. There are also practical details such as a built-in tee holder.

Said to combine the look and feel of a sweater, but with the added mobility of a ‘performance fleece’. This features the brand’s UA Storm water-repellent technology, meaning it can be used as both an extra layer or a top layer in wet weather.
UA Drive Pro Hybrid Half Zip
This provides extra adaptability for those days when the weather is changeable. It has UA Storm protection, offering lightweight fleece insulation in key areas, with more breathable panels elsewhere. This gives you a combination of warmth without overheating.
UA All-Weather Pant
Offers complete protection with Storm technology to keep water away, without sacrificing breathability. There’s a 3-layer knit construction, stretch waistband and secure pockets. It’s designed to give you comfort and mobility and defends from the elements.
UA Drive Rain Pant
The rain pant gives waterproof protection, to match the Drive Jacket. It’s lightweight, breathable and seam-sealed, so you can stay dry no matter how wet it is.
UA CGI Tapered Pant
ColdGear infrared technology is used to retain body heat, without being bulky. It combines with Storm technology and features a stretch-woven fabric.

The new range also offers a full lineup of women’s clothing, aimed at helping female golfers to manage even the harshest of winter conditions.
