What’s In The Bag: Scottie Scheffler

Scottie Scheffler made his first start of 2026, and won by four strokes, obviously. See his full winning What's In The Bag here...

Who? 29 year-old American Scottie Scheffler.

What? The American Express 2026, his twentieth PGA Tour win.

Where? Pete Dye Stadium Course, La Quinta, California.

How? Scottie Scheffler joined Jack Nicklaus and Tiger Woods as the only players to win 20 times on the PGA Tour before the age of 30, coming from behind to win in his first start of the season. Scheffler went in to Sunday one shot behind Si Woo Kim and alongside 18 year old Blades Brown. But a final round of 6 under 66, including 9 birdies, was enough to give him a comfortable four stroke victory.
