Motocaddy Release New S1 Electric Trolley

Motocaddy are back in 2025 with a upgrade to their most popular golf trolley, two decades after the original S1 was released.

Now in its 10th generation, the S1 has sold 350,000 units just in this model alone, making it a hot product to look out for this year.

The latest version has been given a modern redesign, improving the overall aesthetics. The new styling now matches the M-Series models that launched last year. They’re aiming to have their trolleys to be more car-like in their designs.

This is backed up with a newly styled ergonomic handle and low profile wheels with high performance tyre tread.

Motocaddy S1 Electric Trolley

The new Motocaddy S1 electric trolley has been specifically designed for simplicity and ease of use.

The Tech

The S1’s 1-step folding system combined with the Click ‘N’ Connect battery makes setup and storage a breeze for golfers. Once folded the trolley will automatically switch off.

The trolley has a clear LCD widescreen display with nine speed settings, a speed indicator, and a battery metre.

The adjustable distance control lets golfers set the trolley to move up to 45 yards.

Other features include a USB charging port, a lightweight Lithium battery for easy carrying, and space-saving wheels for better storage.

S1 DHC – similar to the impressive S1 but adds Motocaddy’s automatic downhill control. This version also includes all-terrain wheels and an electronic parking brake for total control around the course.

Downhill Control technology ensures that the trolley maintains a constant speed while moving down any gradient – which is really handy when playing hilly golf courses.
