Newly crowned Scottish Open champion Justin Rose Lamkin is the hottest player in the world heading into this weeks Open Championship at Royal Liverpool Golf Club.
His victory at Royal Aberdeen, moving him up to 3rd place in the Official World Golf Ranking, follows hot on the heels of recent success on the PGA Tour at the Quicken Loans National and both victories were achieved with the new REL ACE 3 GEN grip from Lamkin which Rose will also have in play at Hoylake.
The REL ACE 3 GEN is the latest grip in Lamkin's range and has come about from a marriage of the performance material used in the ACE 3 GEN range with the pattern, size and colour options of the very popular REL range.
Lamkin CEO Bob Lamkin:
The REL ACE 3GEN grip is designed to provide golfers with an extremely secure and comfortable gripping connection so they can confidently swing with a light-pressure grip. By eliminating tension from their grip, a player eliminates hand and arm tension, delivering longer and more consistent shots.
The grip material is extremely tacky to give golfers a secure feeling of connection with the club and helps by reducing vibration from the shot. The unique patterning on the grip also encourages players to adopt the correct grip pressure to keep control of the club throughout the golf swing.
Lamkin offer the largest selection of colour and size combinations in the industry with the grip available in 4 size options in grey, blue, white, electric blue, orange, red, neon purple, neon pink as well as black for the traditionalists like Rose.
