In early 2014, FootJoy are launching a new golf shoe and they have already given Golfalot a full preview and details of the research and technology behind it.
As much as we would love to share our photos and thoughts on the new product, our lips are sealed until we can reveal our review after the official launch in January. However, in an interesting teaser campaign FootJoy are going to be sending us various clues about the new shoe.
So over the next month, this page will be updated each time we hear or receive a new piece of the puzzle.
4) Xtra-Thick FitBed
Emphasising the importance of cushioning and comfort, FootJoy sent us this FitBed. To make it they used the cushioning usually found in the midsole (between the upper and outsole) and moved it below your feet. FootJoy's new FTF or Fine Tuned Foam provides both the stability and comfort of the piece.

1) 3D Foam Collar
Our first package arrived and revealed the 3D FoamCollar that will be featured inside the heel of the new shoe. The heel portion of a golf shoe can often cause the most discomfort, this piece will address that area by providing a well-cushioned padding that moulds to the shape of your heel/ankle.
