Equipment giants Ping have announced the latest additions to their popular Performance Apparel Collection for Autumn/Winter 2020 allowing you to look your best, even if you don't always play your best, as we head into the winter months.
Ping AW20 Men's Apparel Range
The AW20 men's collection sees Ping extend their partnership with insulation brand PrimaLoft, and includes a number of
premium, high performance styles such as the updated Norse series.
The PrimaLoft Golf Insulation combines with Cross Core Technology, along with Ping's Sensor fabric technologies, to ensure that each piece clothing is designed to respond to the requirements of the golfer and the demands of the game.
New colours have been added to the palette for this year's range, including 'Digital Blues', 'Enriched Red' and 'Modern Green' said to be both stylish and playable.
Norse S2 Jacket (£150)
Headlining the collection, the Norse S2 builds on the success of the original Norse series and is fully insulated with a PrimaLoft Silver Insulation Active to provide warmth and playability in cold weather without feeling too bulky.
The jacket features a new chevron-quilted design with stretch, thermal and water-resistant properties. It's available in black or in Grey with Brilliant Blue in a moulded, two-way front zip and Ping eye logo.
Norse S2 Zoned Jacket and Norse S2 Vest (£130/£110)
The Zoned Jacket and Vest both offer the benefits of PrimaLoft Golf Insulation with Cross Core Technology.
PrimaLoft technology was originally developed by NASA and features microfibres which are fused with an aerogel to provide new levels of 'lightweight warmth'.
The Norse S2 Zoned Jacket has this technology in the chest and back body to provide core warmth and wind protection, along with stretch properties for playability and versatility across the different golfing seasons.
The ultra-lightweight, reversible S2 Vest is perfect for sticking in your golf bag and using for layering on those days where you want a little extra warmth to your core.
Dover Jacket (£85)
The new Dover Jacket and Vest feature SensorWarm properties and have a water-resistant, quilted and insulated front body for added warmth in colder conditions, whilst the Mellor and Nordic fleeces are new additions to the brand's mid-layer offering in 2020.
Nordic and Mellor Fleeces (£70/£80)
Available in three different colourways, the Nordic delivers water-resistance with a colour contrast half zip and jacquard design in the upper body. The Mellor features a 3D honeycomb jacquard texture on the front and back body, to provide a premium look on and of the course.
Vision Winter Trouser (£90)
This winter trouser is engineered to give golfers lightweight comfort, along with protection in cold and wet weather. Utilising Thermolite All Season technology, the all-weather trouser keeps you warm and dry whilst keeping moisture away from the body for optimised performance.
A water-resistant finish and Tekfit waistband technology, which allows up to two inches of movement, is said to give playability in any condition.
Ping AW20 Women's Apparel Range
Ping's women's apparel range for AW20 is said to provide a blend of both style and technology, with premium performance fabrics joined by the latest seasonal print and colour trends to offer golfers comfort and protection across the seasons.
Featuring Ping's Sensor performance technologies, SensorWarm, SensorDry and SensorCool, the range focuses on the Pattern Player 'feminine geometrics' which are said to be a key trend this season.
Diamond and honeycomb patterns are mixed with softer inky geometric prints in the outerwear and layering styles, whilst parallel piping continues the clean visual theme into the trousers.
Glow Jacket and Vest (£85/£75)
The new Glow garments feature wind and water-resistant diamond printed panels on the body and sleeves. A brushed-back stretch fleece ensures warmth, freedom of movement and comfort through the colder months.
Kira Long-Sleeved Top (£60)
This 'Inky Print' long-sleeved top is said to be a bold, vibrant and striking addition to the collection, and serves as a statement piece that is equally stylish and playable.
The Kira is designed with SensorCool properties to wick moisture away and provide comfort in all conditions, and is engineered using a peached fabric to increase softness, making it ideal for layering out on the course.
Florrie Fleece (£80)
The Florrie 3D jacquard fleece is characterised by bold, colour-block panelling and developed with SensorWarm properties to give you extra protection when the weather gets cold.
This stretch fleece features a honeycomb texture on the sleeves, front and back body, and is available in Dark Grapemist and Fuschia.
Farrow Winter Trouser (£80)
Finally, the Farrow winter trouser is engineered with a brushed-back fabric to keep you warm and comfortable throughout the winter months, and a water-resistant finish means that these trousers are fit to perform in all conditions. The pull on, slim leg trousers comes with parallel piping and is available in two different colourways.
