What? The 2020 Arnold Palmer Invitational, his first PGA Tour victory.
Where? Bay Hill Club and Lodge, Orlando, Florida
How? Hatton prevailed on a brutal final day with a closing 74 enough to give him a one-stroke victory over Australian Marc Leishman, the tough conditions resulting in just four players finishing the tournament under par.
Following the victory, Hatton said:
It’s hard to explain. It’s just an incredible feeling, it was such a tough day. This is such an iconic venue. I’m just over the moon.
