What’s In The Bag: Sean Crocker

Winner of the 2022 Hero Open

Who? 25 year-old American Sean Crocker.

What? The 2022 Hero Open, his first DP world Tour win.

Where? Fairmont St Andrews, Fife, Scotland.

How? Crocker managed to hold off a final-round charge from Englishman Eddie Pepperell to complete a wire-to-wire victory and pick up his first win on the DP World Tour. Having started the week with a stunning round of 63, Crocker found himself two strokes clear heading into Sunday but Pepperell’s closing 65 meant that he had to find two gutsy par saves on the final two holes to claim the title.
