How? Homa, the 2013 NCAA individual champion who ranked 417th in the world entering the weekend, shot a closing 4-under-par 67 Sunday at Quail Hollow Club to win by three strokes ahead of Joel Dahmen, who also was chasing his first tour victory. Homa finished at 15-under 269.
