Who? 37 year-old American Kevin Na.
What? The 2021 Sony Open, his fifth PGA Tour victory.
Where? Waialae Country Club, Honolulu, Hawaii
How? Four birdies in the final six holes were enough for Na to overtake overnight leader Brendan Steele, who faltered on the back nine, and give him a one stroke victory over Jaco Niemann and Chris Kirk in a typically low-scoring event in Hawaii.
Following the victory, Na said:
Waialae is a golf course I really have a chance at, and there’s not too many of these left anymore, so I have to take advantage of it.
What a great feeling to win at a golf course I really feel like I can win at.
