Jordan Spieth, Under Armour's brand ambassador and reigning Fed Ex Cup champion, is certainly impressed with the suit and the company's desire to innovate:

Under Armour are constantly pushing the boundaries in what’s achievable in golf apparel to help make athletes better. The new Gore-Tex range is the most advanced waterproofing technology I’ve ever seen in golf and is sure to give me an edge over the competition.

The full-stretch nature of the waterproofs has been made possible thanks to a close collaboration between Under Armour and Gore-Tex that produced two key design features of the new gear.

Firstly, a 3-layer bonded fabric that delivers a durable, smooth outer shell, and a brushed interior that means the UA Tips garments are 100% waterproof and very breathable.

Secondly they have applied 10% stretch fabrication across the whole suit giving players 25% more stretch than in any previous Gore-Tex rainwear manufactured for golf.
