TaylorMade has launched its latest line of putters, the TP Collection, utilising new materials and milling processes to enhance both performance and aesthetics.

TaylorMade TP Collection Putters

The TP Collection is comprised of 6 distinct models, five of which are constructed from a 303 stainless steel to give a solid feel with the distinctive contours obtained by a skim-milled machining process.

The insert in the TP putters is inspired by those used by Jason Day and Dustin Johnson in their TaylorMade Limited Edition Spider models.

The Pure Roll insert improves roll from the face of the putter by combining 45 degree grooves with a soft polymer to promote better forward roll and reduce skidding across varying surfaces.

TaylorMade TP Collection Putters

Designed to bring the grooves into direct and active contact with the ball during impact even on short putts the grooves also soften the inserts structure for better feel.

The six models of the TP Collection are named after areas, regions and landmarks from some of the world's greatest golf destinations and together form a range that provides a model to suit every style of stroke.

The Juno and Soto models are classically designed blade putters with heel-toe weighting optimising balance control and feel.

The Juno has longer squared off contours with a single top sightline whilst the pads boast fine linear machine lines. The Soto has short, rounded and soft edges with a single sightline situated in the back cavity.

TaylorMade TP Collection Putters

Each of the blade-style models has a plumber's neck and feature two 10 gram weights in the sole with the Soto coming in at a slightly lighter weight thanks to a classically scalloped hosel.

The two classic mallets in the TP Collection are called Mullen and Berwick.

The Mullen has a more compact mallet shaped head with two sightlines on the back cavity and a short S hosel that allows for a slight toe hang of 38 degrees.

TaylorMade TP Collection Putters

The Berwick has a more traditional rounded mallet shape with a thicker topline and single sightline on the back cavity. The cavity has a slight step-down and a single bend 3/4 shaft offset that creates a face-balanced hang.

TaylorMade TP Collection Putters

Both the Mullen and Berwick feature two 5 gram weights in the sole.

The TaylorMade TP Collection is completed by the Ardmore and Chaska models that are mid-size mallet designs.

The Ardmore has a deep cavity with dual sightlines to improve balance and alignment and a high MOI is achieved by a head weight of 355 grams. The shaft has a double bend with a 3/4 offset and the putter is face balanced with a loft of 3.5 degrees.

The TP Chaska is based on the original design of the TaylorMade Corza Ghost featuring a circular alignment aid in the back of the putter and three sightlines on top. The Chaska is also face balanced and has 3/4 shaft offset.

The Juno, Soto, Mullen and Berwick models will be available in March 2017 with the Ardmore and Chaska coming in a month later in April. All of the putters come in 34" and 35" lengths and have a Lamkin Sink Rubber grip as standard with the option to upgrade to the Super Stroke 1.0 Pistol grip.
