The Srixon Z Series of irons are designed to meet the needs of all golfers, with two distinct player types identified and catered for: All-Ability and Tour.

Feedback on iron shape, weight placement and face materials from Srixon Tour players Graeme McDowell, Keegan Bradley and Hideki Matsuyama led to a range of high-performance clubs where ball speeds have been maximised throughout the range.

The Z 945, Z 745 and Z 545 irons share a number of common features from which all players can benefit, before specific player characteristics were taken into account for each individual model.

Srixon Z Series Iron V Sole

All are forged from ultra premium 1020 carbon steel bodies to offer smooth feel. The 3-6 irons in each set feature a strategically placed tungsten weight in the toe to help tune the sweet spot position for a longer and more forgiving flight in the longer clubs.

The entire range also benefit from the newly developed Tour V.T. Sole that has been designed to enhance turf interaction and trajectory control. By increasing the leading bounce and decreasing trailing bounce a "V" is created on the sole profile to help tighten shot dispersion.

The final common feature is the double laser milled face of the Z Series irons. Two milling patterns, one parallel to the grooves and one slightly angled, on the club face give stable spin performance and distance control across all lies players will face on the course.

Srixon Z 945 Irons

The Z 945 irons are the model focussed on providing the confidence and workability demanded by high level performance players.

The muscle back design, slim top line and compact shape all point to the classic blade iron that offers confidence, feel and extra performance for players who can consistently find the middle of the clubface.

With a mid to low launch the Z 945's offer Srixon's ultimate in in ball striking experience.

Srixon Z 745 Irons

The Z 745 irons offer more playability than the Z 945's however Srixon say these are still aimed at better players looking for the ability to work the ball.

Still compact in shape and with a thin top line they require confident ball striking but the muscle cavity design offers more forgiveness and the launch characteristics are higher than that of the Z 945.

Srixon Z 545 Irons

The Z 545 are the all ability member of the Z Series family of irons.

Although forged from the same 1020 carbon steel as the Z 945 and Z 745 irons the Z545's have an added SUP10 steel face to give players additional distance gains.

The Z 545's have a slightly larger footprint to give confidence to players at address and the forgiving cavity back profile makes these easier to hit and more playable across the whole clubface.
