Golf shoes are one of the most undervalued pieces of golf equipment. Too often you hear golfers saying they'd never pay more than about £100 for a pair of golf shoes, yet they're happy to shell out hundreds of pounds for the latest driver because they think it might go 5 yards further off the tee.

But let's face it, if your shoes are uncomfortable or they aren't fit for the conditions you're playing in, you aren't going to enjoy your round. Four hours is a long time, and five miles is a long way to walk after all.
